The 10 Guitar Project is a unique orchestra of ten electric guitarists and a drummer, based in Sydney, Australia. First assembled by David Reaston in 2007, the group features “the largest cast of notable Sydney guitarists seen in one place at one time” (John Shand). Since forming, the group has developed an exciting repertoire of original compositions which have been performed at Sydney venues such as the Basement and Excelsior Hotel (Jazzgroove Association). In 2009, they recorded for Mal Stanley Jazztrack program on ABC Classic FM. This recording was independently released in 2010.
